Care Rooted in Culture and Compassion
Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and feel understood. I offer a collaborative and culturally responsive approach that honors your lived experiences, identities, and strengths. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity questions, family dynamics, or major life transitions, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Healing happens in relationship. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a dedicated, one-on-one space to explore what feels heavy or unclear. At your pace, we work through emotions, patterns, and experiences that shape your well-being, relationships, and sense of self.
Sessions are tailored to your goals and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. Therapy may support concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
I offer developmentally appropriate therapy for children and adolescents, creating a supportive environment where young people can safely express themselves and strengthen emotional awareness.
Depending on age and needs, sessions may incorporate conversation, play, creativity, and skills-based strategies. When helpful, I collaborate with caregivers to support growth both inside and outside the therapy space.
Multicultural & Filipino-Centered Therapy
I specialize in multicultural therapy with particular attention to Filipino and Asian American experiences. This work may explore family roles, intergenerational expectations, immigration experiences, cultural values, people-pleasing, and the pressure to remain “strong” or self-sacrificing.
Your cultural context is not something to minimize or translate, it is central to our work together. Therapy can be a space to examine these experiences with nuance, care, and understanding.
Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation (LCSW)
I provide Illinois-approved LCSW clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians and consultation for licensed therapists seeking support in trauma-informed, multicultural, and identity-affirming clinical work. My approach centers ethical practice, reflective supervision, and values-aligned career development.

My Approach
My approach is strengths-based and person-centered. I view you as the expert of your own life, and therapy as a collaborative process rather than a prescriptive one. Our work integrates reflection and practical skill-building to support both insight and action.
I strive to create a space that is affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in trust, where you can show up fully and authentically.
What Therapy Can Look Like
Sessions are supportive, reflective, and conversational. Some days may focus on processing emotions and experiences; others may involve building coping tools, exploring relational patterns, or clarifying personal values. There is no single “right” way to do therapy, only a shared commitment to growth.
